1. General Refund Policy

Customers can request a refund within 30 days of purchase for eligible products. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. Product-Based Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy on our standard products such as KlikCRM, WakoInnect, Chainly, and similar solutions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the purchase date.

3. Custom IT solutions

We do not provide refunds for any custom software, customized development, or tailored IT solutions once the work has been initiated or delivered.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before the project work begins. Once the development or service has started, cancellation and refund will not be applicable.

5. Jurisdiction

Any dispute or legal matter shall be subject to Derabassi (Punjab),India jurisdiction only. All judicial matters will be handled exclusively within Derabassi.
